Saturday, November 5, 2011 - 7:00pm Social Hour and Auction - 8:00 Dinner

The Spero Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3), is working closely with our beer importer and Master of Ceremonies to raise funds. This event will benefit The Year Beyond program at Methodist Hospital (for cancer survivors the year following treatment…Look Good Feel Better program; Multi-lingual Breast Cancer Support Program; Exercise Program; Patient Support Kits). We will also be making a donation for Life Fitness equipment to Santa Anita Race Track that will benefit the back-lot employees.

The chef at Santa Anita has worked closely with our beer vendors to come up with a scrumptious meal of Black Mussels and Clams steamed in Beer Broth…Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie…Pancetta Bacon, Butter Lettuce and Tomatoes in a Hefeweizen shallot dressing… an entrée of Steak, Shrimp and Ale (Ale marinated Angus Beef Tri Tip, Pilsner Beer BBQ Shrimp)…and a dessert of Chocolate Stout Torte, sour cherry filling with a Guinness Crème Anglaise.

The cost will be $90 per person, with the opportunity to purchase tables of 10. Live and Silent Auction.

Underwriting opportunities are available!
